Chief Marketing Officer
We are a venture-backed team creating a new financial exchange exclusively devoted to the healthcare economy. We seek relationships with insurance companies, self-insured companies, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, hospital systems and physician practices. We are creating derivative tools that will allow the healthcare industry to behave like the energy and agriculture industries using financial tools to enable risk transference and price discovery.

We are seeking a senior marketing executive who has had exposure to the broad spectrum of the healthcare economy. Certainly, the individual has significant relationships in the insurance and self-insured sectors and has a working knowledge of the world of healthcare providers.

This position will report directly to the CEO and carry the responsibility for all marketing. We offer a competitive salary and substantial incentives, both cash and equity.
Director of Marketing

the healthcare economy. We are producing derivative tools that will allow the healthcare
industry to function as financial, energy and agriculture industries by using financial
tools to enable risk transference and price discovery. We seek relationships with
insurance companies and physician practices as well as considerable relationships with
the futures and derivatives trading industry.
We are pursuing a senior marketing director who has extensive knowledge in the
trading industry.
This position will report to the CMO and will not be responsible for “all marketing” but
will assist with implementing the company’s marketing plan and vision.
This position is remote and offers a competitive salary and equity package.

Data Scientist
We are a financial exchange in-formation, exclusively devoted to creating investable and tradable financial instruments for the $4 trillion healthcare economy. The foundation of this effort is the diverse array of data from electronic health records, clinical trials and pharmaceutical sales and efficacy.
The director will be a key member of the team developing the benchmarks and indexes that will underlie financial derivatives. The successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to think out of the box as we create a new financial market. This is a senior position compensated with salary and equity.

The candidate should have a solid background in biostatistics and health economics delivering products and/or services to the life science, payor and provider sectors of the healthcare economy. Experience working with multiple databases including claims and EMR is strongly preferred. Experience with multiple programming languages such as Python, SQL and R is a must.
